We want you to love your purchase!

If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy—no questions asked! You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. While we accept returns without hesitation, we always appreciate any feedback to help us improve our products and services.

Return terms & condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unscratched, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sol-loe.com. To help us process your request more efficiently, please include the subject line: "Return: Order #[your order number].

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is safely received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptional items
For hygienic reasons, unfortunately we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on earrings. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before completing the transaction. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
